Selise Stewart - Instructor
Yoga Heart Studio founder, Selise Stewart, is a native Houstonian and a graduate of the University of Texas - Austin. She has been practicing, studying, and teaching yoga in Houston for over 12 years.
Selise is certified by the Yoga Therapy College of Houston and is a Certified IyengarYoga Teacher. As one of Houston's premiere Iyengar yoga instructors, Selise brings her great sense of humor, keen eye, unwavering passion, and a holistic approach to help students improve the connection to their mind, body and spirit. Selise is also available for private classes, by appointment, for studio instruction.

Linda Saville - Instructor
Linda Saville is a native Houstonian and has been practicing yoga for approximately 10 years. Under the tutelage of Constance Braden of the Houston Iyengar Studio, Linda is currently finishing her training to become certified in the Iyengar system.
Having been physically active her entire life, yoga allows Linda to continuously stay fit while increasing her flexibility. She also enjoys hiking and golf. Other interests include nutrition, horticulture, psychology, natural health remedies and living with a green attitude toward the planet.
Joyce Jones - Instructor
Joyce Jones is a certified Iyengar yoga instructor and the founder of The Wild Goose, a Houston-based retailer of Iyengar yoga props.
With the benefit of continuing educational workshops, intensives, and conventions where she has studied extensively with senior Iyenger teachers, Joyce uses her sense of humor to assist Iyengar students in achieving their personal goals.
In addition to her classical Iyengar techniques, Joyce is a compassionate, enthusiastic, and detailed-oriented instructor.

Debbie Lancaster - Instructor
Debbie has practiced Iyengar Yoga for two decades. Certified as an Iyengar teacher in 2002, she continues her study with senior teachers at intensives and conventions around the U. S. (and Italy!). In 2006, Debbie was lucky enough to study for a month at the prestigious Iyengar Institute in Pune.
Having retired after 30 years teaching deaf children for HISD, she continues to lend considerable energy, enthusiasm, and fun to the studio, while pursuing interests in environmental education and gardening. The "sharing of nature" is the thread running through all her pursuits.
